Our privacy policy is created to make you sure your contact details and other confidential information will never be dislocured by us.
- Your email address, ICQ, MSN, Yahoo or AIM user ID, real mail address, ect (further refered as contact details) will be used to communicate with you about your order only. No other messages will be sent to you.
- Your contact details will never be shared with third-party except if we will be forced to do it by legal court or public prosecutor approval according to Ukrainian and international laws.
- We will remove your contact details from our database anytime on your request.
- Other confidential information got from you (FTP/SMTP/Control panel logins and passwords, business ideas, ect) will be target of privacy policy in the same manner as contact details.
- All your communications with VASoftOnline representatives (including email messages, ICQ, MSN, AIM, Yahoo instant messages, audio communications, ect.) will be recorded by us and stored in encrypted form. These communication recordings (further refered as recordings) will be used to solve any disputes regarding our services. The recordings will never be used for other purposes than disputes solving and will never be shared with third party except ones related to dispute solving (payment gateway representative, ect). Recordings can also be shared with third-party if we will be forced to do it by legal court or public prosecutor approval according to Ukrainian and international laws.
