Freeware Software End User License Agreement (EULA) is legal agreement between freeware user (You) and Vitaliy B. Avramenko (VASoftOnline). You can use our freeware software if and only if you are fully agree with this EULA and comply with its limitations and conditions.

EULA terms are written below.

  • Term 'Software' means all source codes, binary files, documentation, multimedia content and other information in any form which is part of program product or web site.
  • The software is completelly free.
  • You can use the software only entirelly. No software parts (DLL libraries, images, ect) can be used separatelly.
  • Both personal and commercial use are allowed.
  • You can distribute the software yourself without any limitations.
  • You can not disassemble, decompile the software or perform any other actions targeted to parse its source codes and algorithmes used.
  • You can not modify software.
  • You can write your own extensions (plugins) for VASoftOnline freeware software when and if such possibility is documented in help files.
  • You can not do anything to hide VASoftOnline advertising placed on freeware or make any obstacles for its displaying.
  • This EULA can be changed by VASoftOnline at any time without any notification, including, without limitation, free distribution temination and converting free software to paid one. In case of any changes you have to agree with new EULA or remove software from your computer.
